Job Summary

We are currently seeking an organized and customer-focused Listing Manager to oversee our Airbnb properties. This role involves managing property listings on the Airbnb platform, ensuring high-quality standards, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, and optimizing occupancy rates. Responsibilities include updating property descriptions and photos, managing booking inquiries, handling guest communications, and monitoring reviews and feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Airbnb listings, ensuring accurate, attractive descriptions and photos.
  • Handle all guest communications, from inquiries to post-stay follow-ups, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Oversee booking calendar, manage reservations, and strategize to maximize occupancy rates.
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff for regular upkeep.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews, utilizing feedback to improve the guest experience and property appeal.

Work Environment

The Listing Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, balancing office duties with on-site property management. The role involves collaboration with various teams and requires adaptability to meet changing schedules and guest needs. Emphasis is on teamwork, customer satisfaction, and maintaining high property standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field, with a focus on customer service and property upkeep.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects in the hospitality or property management sector.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in the short-term rental space, with the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in digital platforms for property management, along with the ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and improve guest experience.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
