Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join our Immediate Response Team. This role is pivotal for managing and resolving urgent escalations from both guests and property owners. The ideal candidate is a resolute problem-solver who acts with immediacy and precision, ensuring swift resolutions that uphold our commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated concerns regarding property access issues, maintenance complaints, and owner inquiries.
- Efficiently resolve urgent guest issues, such as access difficulties or on-site service disruptions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Address property owner concerns with empathy and effectiveness, providing solutions for cleaning standards, property damage, and other sensitive issues.
- Coordinate with the concierge team, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to facilitate immediate corrective actions.
- Document and track all escalations and resolutions, contributing to continuous improvement of our processes and guest/owner satisfaction.
Work Environment
- Fully remote with a flexible schedule, accommodating the ebb and flow of a part-time workload ranging from 2 to 6 hours daily.
