Our historic home has everything you need to enjoy your DC stay with friends or family. Considering its proximity to the city-favorite destination of Georgetown, you might not want to pass it up. Besides your outside adventures and sightseeing, you'll find this house has everything you need to make time spent indoors pleasurable.

It's upscale and modern, fully-equipped with high-end appliances and amenities. You'll enjoy the largely open floorplans and minimalist styling.

BEDROOMS:
The home has 3 full bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests.

The Master bedroom is spacious and beautiful with its floor-to-ceiling built-in armoire spaces and ensuite bathroom. There's a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress for a restful sleep.

If you need to catch up with some work, the kitchen bar is a terrific substitute for desk with comfy bar stools and wide enough for a laptop and extra documents; or you can simply make space in the dining room.

There are two other bedrooms in the house both have double beds for our guests to comfortably sleep.

All your bedding is provided, and there are extra pillows and blankets available for you to use.

BATHROOMS:
The bathrooms in the house are pristine with a modern feel. An ensuite bathroom is attached to the Master bedroom, complete with shower, toilet and plenty of counter space.

The 2nd full bathroom offers a shower, toilet, skylight, and a sink. There’s also a 3rd separate bathroom with toilet & shower on the lower level of the home.

We provide toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and towels, and there is also a hairdryer available.

Feel free to use the washer and dryer.

KITCHEN:
To whip up a meal, head to the fully-equipped kitchen that boasts modern high-end stainless appliances. The double fridge makes it easy for large groups to stock up on groceries. Cooking pots, pans, and utensils are all provided to make meal preparation a breeze.
You’ll find dishes and silverware stored in the drawers and you can enjoy meals in the open, well-lit dining area.

LIVING ROOM:
Tastefully decorated in a modern style, the home’s spacious living room is the perfect place to chill after a long day of exploring DC. Its comfortable sofas and warm lighting make relaxing the default. Stretch out on the chaise lounge, grab some snacks and pick a movie from the Smart HDTV’s Netflix app. High-speed internet is also available to you free of charge.
