LARGE GROUP?? - we have 3 apartments in the same building! Ask us and we will try to accommodate you all. Like staying in the same hotel, but different rooms :)
 
MAKE SURE YOU'RE OK WITH: - petite size of the apartment (approx 350 sq ft) - small TV (18"/46cm) - freestanding apartment
 
PETS - additional $80 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. Must be small/medium and well behaved
 
3 REASONS NOT TO BOOK:
1 - If your group might be LOUD - we are in a small, quiet building with nice neighbors with kids
2 - If you plan on breaking the RULES - unauthorized pets/guests/noise/smoking/parking etc - Manager is on premises and he will take action
3 - If your group isn't able to be RESPECTFUL of the property - furniture, towels, bedding etc. We welcome everyone with common sense - we put a lot of love in our ARTBNBs and our guests, please love us back :)
 
ALL THE DETAILS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
★ LOCATION - No need to go further than the airport when you come to LA - our location is actually PERFECT for exploring the best areas - 10mins from one of the best beaches, 15/30mins to all the beach cities with fun hangouts, hop on Pacific Coast Highway and you're in Malibu (picturesque 40min drive)...hop on the freeway and you're downtown! Hollywood/Beverly Hills is a little tricker, maybe 40mins in moderate traffic...but you're coming to LA - stay by the ocean, drive to touristy spots :) Visiting Hollywood / DISNEYLAND etc - we're in between everything! El Segundo is a hidden gem❤ minutes from Manhattan Beach, LAX & 405 Freeway - direct access to Santa Monica, DTLA, Long Beach.
 
★ DESIGN - inspired by design trends, featuring eco-conscious upcycled furniture we make ourselves from unloved pieces, original ART and cool prints (if you fall in love ❤ with something, it's for sale)
 
★ SPECIFICS - small 1 bedroom (2 rooms) apartment. Great for a single, couple, small group or family. Comfortable California KING bed in the bedroom and a full sized sofa-bed in the living room (firm). Sofa-bed can sleep 1 tall adult or 2/maximum 3 children/petite adults. FRESH linens and QUALITY clean bedding for all!
 
★ BATHROOM - clean bathtub and shower, fresh towels, handwash, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. We also have a bidet and a "squatter potty” in case that's your thing :)
 
★ chef's KITCHEN - all the NEW necessities and amenities: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, new professional Kitchen Aid, Blentec professional power blender, sexy french press coffee maker, sexy toaster ;) cool kettle, filtered water, beautiful antique dishes, vintage teacups, Sur La Table pots & pans, sharp chef knives, bronze silverware, all the utensils. - STRICT quiet hours policy: 10pm - 8am. Please respect our neighbors :) There is a manager on duty 24/7 so if there's a party he will call the police - Secure building with cameras inside the building (NOT inside the apartment-we're not insane :) Outside security gates & 24 security/manager - so, no funny business!
